Each year on Veterans Day, our nation honors the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. To show our appreciation, St. John Parish 4-H members are invited to create thank-you cards for veterans residing at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Home in Reserve.

These cards will help brighten a veteran's day and let them know their service and sacrifice are appreciated.

Guidelines for Cards:

• Open to all 4-H members and Cloverbud members
• Cards should contain a positive thank-you message
• No glitter or loose decorative materials
• Cannot use larger than an 8.5x11 in. sheet of paper
• Optional (include your first name and age)

All cards will be collected from schools on Friday, November 6, 2026 and delivered to veterans at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Home in Reserve,

Thank you for helping us honor those who have served our country!
