To sign up you can go to the link above and sign in using your email and password from last year.

Once signed in to your family profile it should pull up a table with the list of members previously enrolled for your family.

Find the 4-H member you are trying to enroll in the "Member" column and click "Enroll Now" under “Louisiana 4-H” in the program’s column.

What school grade is this member in?

Select the correct grade then "next".

“I'm confirming I want to enroll in Louisiana 4-H as a Youth.”

Click "Enroll"

If you are at the same school or club you were in last year: Click "next".

If you are at a new school or joining a different club: Click the trashcan under “Remove” and find and select your new school club (homeschool, member at large, transitioning from one school to the next such as elementary to high school or junior high).

Select Project: You can choose several. This does not mean you have to specifically do this project. It is possible our parish may not even offer this project. This list is curated for the entire state.

Years in project: you can leave whatever number is there the same.

Questions: Answer all of them or make sure information is still correct.

Verify info in all required fields.

• If you attend public school:

1. Click the first circle
2. County & District: "Lincoln"
3. Select your school

• If you are homeschooled or attend private school:

1. Click the second circle
2. Fill in the school’s name and type

Health Form:

Answer health questions and read medical release.

Click "agree" and enter required info.

Consents:

Includes Hold Harmless, Media Release, and Code of Conduct.

Read through each then click "agree" and enter required info.

To submit enrollment, you must click “Pay By Check“ or pay by card select “I understand”, enter info, and click “Confirm”! After confirming click “Next” and then click the green “Submit” button.

Enrollment is not complete until you have clicked the green “Submit” button. This will bring you back to your family page and “Enrollment Submitted” will be listed by your member’s name.

To enroll another member, follow the instructions above for returning members or select “Add Member” to start enrollment for a new family member.
