It's time for the annual Lincoln Parish 4-H Sweet Potato & Pecan Fundraiser! Paper order forms are available at the 4-H office, or you may save and print the order form image.
Families may use a notebook page to collect customer information and then transfer orders to a single form before submitting payment. Multiple order forms are also accepted. If using multiple forms, please be sure each form includes the 4-H member's name, the buyer's name, and the buyer's phone number.
When submitting your order, let us know whether the seller or the buyer will be picking up the items so we can note it on the form. If you mail your order and payment, please provide a phone number where you can be reached, as we will call to remind you about pickup.
Sweet potatoes are provided by Poverty Point Produce in West Carroll Parish and are the Beauregard variety. They are available only in 20-pound boxes for $20 per box.

Complete the order form and submit it with payment by October 26, 2026. We accept cash (exact change only), checks, and money orders. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. Please make checks payable to Lincoln Parish 4-H.
Orders must be picked up on November 19, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Parish 4-H Office parking lot.
Please note that no staff will be available in the office during pickup hours. If you are running late or experience an emergency, email [email protected] or [email protected]. Items not picked up on November 19 may be subject to melted chocolate products or delayed delivery until after Thanksgiving.
