Please call the 4-H Office at 318-251-5134 to get an order form. The deadline to turn in your order form and all money is October 26. Pickup is November 19th in our Parking Lot or under the drive thru area of our building located at 307 North homer Street, Ruston. Be sure to add the sellers name to your order form.

If a club member sells at least one item or more, it will count as one of the three parish activities they need to qualify to attend Lincoln Parish 4-H Achievement Day in May. Prizes are awarded on Achievement Day to our top sellers.

There are two ways to sell and collect safely.

1. If you are turning in all of the form, money, and picking up all of the orders to deliver yourself - Please write all of your orders down in a notebook by collecting the purchasers name, phone number, and the items and quantity for their order. Once you are done selling, total your dollar amount sold and the quantity of each item sold and transfer that to the order from. Bring the order form and the money to the 4-H office.

• The buyer can still come and pick up their own order, but you must let us know when you turn in your order form so that we can mark that order on pickup day. Otherwise, you will be responsible for pickup.

2. If the person you are selling to is planning on turning in their own order form and money and picking the order up themselves, they can. Just give them an order form and they can bring it and their money to the 4-H office and plan to pick up their order on pick up day. Please make sure that the 4-H member's name is written on the order form so that we will know where to give the credit for Achievement Day.
