Extension employees should report all Extension activities in LERS by the 10th workday of the following month. For reference, when reporting progress towards overall plans of work, an employee should report approximately 25% of work time each quarter (about 8% each month). The reporting year is July 1 (2026) through June 30 (2027).

How to Login to the Faculty Performance Evaluation Document

• To login to the faculty performance evaluation website, go to lsuagcenter.net/performeval and login with your AgCenter ID and password.
• You can also login from the HRM webpage by clicking “Faculty Performance Evaluation”.
