My name is Elisabet Trujillo, and I serve as a Nutrition and Community Health Agent with the LSU AgCenter in Jefferson Parish. With family roots in Honduras and Colombia, I am fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy connecting with diverse audiences across our community. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences from LSU, completed the Tulane Dietetic Internship, and hold a Master of Public Administration from LSU. Through nutrition education, food preservation, healthy aging initiatives, and community partnerships, I strive to empower individuals and families to live healthier lives.
