The late Paul Seilhan transformed 4-H in Acadia Parish by expanding access and opportunity for all youth. He reached over 16,000 members, launched one of the first clubs for youth with special needs, and strengthened livestock and leadership programs. Known for his personal connection with families, Paul believed every young person had a place in 4-H, and he made sure they knew it.
