A 15,000-square-foot integrated facility will bring food processing, research, product development, and demonstration activities together under one roof.

Grant Funded - Mid 2027

The facility will include:

Pilot plant
Meat and seafood processing
Analytical laboratory
Processing 1 - baked goods
Processing 2 - general processing
Demonstration kitchen, convenience store
Cold storage & shipping/receiving

By consolidating these capabilities into a single location, the facility will create a centralized hub for innovation, testing, education, and product development. Future capability upgrades will be housed within this facility footprint. The drawing below shows the planned facility layout.
